Lost directions for tuning …age 88

I need help..........I'm 88 attending uke class at our senior center.... hard time tuning uke......what are the 3 buttons on the back for? Lost directions...........I'm dead in the water....please send some insturuction on how to tune this damn thing!!!!!!!!! Tony Curcillo 23887 Corte Emerado Murrieta, Ca 92562
