Lost chlorine


Update by user Jun 25, 2019 After complaining this has been resolved. They advertise 1-day delivery after checking your zip code. Then when it does not arrive they tell you it may take 5 to 7 days. Customer service would not listen when I told them it went the wrong direction and would not contact FedEx to check on delivery. I think they need to change their policy and when a package does not arrive in specified time call and find out why and not give customer grief. Original review posted by user Jun 17, 2019 ordered chlorine on 6/10/19 it is now 6/17/19 and have not received it. Called 3 times had to ask who was shipper so I could track it. FedEx sent it god knows where and now they don't even know where it is. In the swim rude representative after telling me, she would contact FedEx and if it could not be resolved she would ship out a new order. Instead, she said FedEx would be contacting me today it is after 4 pm and still have not heard from FedEx. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Their customer service is horrible, not willing to assist you in a manner to resolve an issue to the customer satisfaction.
