Lost Baggage and no response

I flew to Philadelphia on last night from Orlando,Florida. My 2 bags that I checked and paid for did not arrive with me. I was told they would be sent to Philly on the next flight and then brought to my home. I have heard nothing from the Frontier and have not received my bags.
