Lost Applications and Holding Clients Money

My tax firm used their services, this years while Irs send them the refund to have fees taken out and the remaining balance placed on a debit card on the customer behalf. They have claimed to have lost the clients application, mean while the IRS has deposited client refund in this bank for at least a week now and Refund Advantage REFUSE TO RELEASE THE MONEY THRU A MANUAL PROCESS. Their customer services agents has been poorly trained , because they are rude and of no help!! Every question I asked they are not able to answer. Conference call last 2 hours on top of holding for 1 hour . I will surely be looking for another service provider for next year . The IRS need to intervene on behalf of the tax payers because this is sure stealing
