After denying emails and requests for help, they finally were responding after a complaint on bbb. They asked for an official letter from USPS and after confirming it was misdelivered, they still denied any help. So they know I didn't receive the item, they can claim a loss, but force me to take the loss. Only the shipper can make the claim because there is no shipping insurance, so I lost $213.58 and got nothing. Do not order if you expect to get your item, help or money back. User's recommendation: Don't support this company that will definitely screw you.
