Lossof CNN

For the last couple of weeks I have had no accessto CNN. I have complained about this before. i was told it was a national problem which you were dealing with. Not only can I not get CNN, but get switched to FOX each time. I am very fond of CNN as my news source and do not wish to watch FOX. Would you please do something about this, urgently!!!
