Loss of spouse and her income

Every time I have submitted their forms for a period of close to 3 years from Citi to Cenlar, it has been the same story. They have lost or supposedly didn't receive my documents. They have sent more documents which arrive after or close to the expiration dates on the documents for the modification will expire. I have sent all documents numerous times and strangely it is always the same story. Including one set that was sent by Fedex and signed for by their mail room, and they somehow never received. User's recommendation: find another lender.
