Loss of money and no vehicle

Hello I would like to share my experience with BE FORWARD CO., Ltd At first there was a LHD Mercedes-benz s600 for sale. I wrote them for an inquiry, which they replied to immediately and sent me a quote with all the details where to send in the money for the car and shipping costs: "Thank you very much for your interest to our service. Are you still interested in this vehicle? This vehicle has now New Price and we have discounted more for you, please see our Best Price! Let us know by email if you want to buy it with this price! <BH566176 MERCEDES-BENZ S-Class * Duty and VAT for your country is not included. http://www.beforward.jp/mercedes-benz/s-class/bh566176/id/210****/ BF SUPPORTER'S discount applied: -US$15 (BFS ID: 101****) If you agree with this price, please reply to this email. After the transaction was completed and I sent the TT copies to them there wasnt a single answer for several days and then their representative announced this: "Thank you very much for your inquiry. Sorry, I do not understand what you mean, sir. We have not even issued a proforma invoice to you for this car. Yasu" I was just shocked that I sent them the money which had been already arrived (bank informed me) and all the documentation about the whole transaction, and now they kind of like tell me that they dont even know who I am anymore. The best part is that they dont even compensate my transaction costs (51 so far) and charge extra 100usd+ return transaction fees. Their representative wrote: "Please be reminded that: 1) we shall charge you $100 (US One Hundred Dollars and none) within this transaction of Refund, arising out of your cancellation due to your own conveniences; 2) banks charges for this transaction shall also be born and paid by recipient as previously informed" "We do not pay any bank charges for something which was not reserved." So all in all the company sold the car to another person even after I completed the transaction and after which the site clearly showed that the vehicle was under offer. Now they made the whole thing look like it was my own fault and made me to pay for all the expenses to even get my money back. So this was my experience with this company, the total mess would cost me around losing 250 usd and a lot of time and nerves. Anybody who would like to do business with them should make their own conclusions about my story. Afterall I have ordered several vehicles from them without problems, now I got to know the other side of their business.
