I am new to the smart phone world. One of the rare people who live without internet. Very disappointed that I fell for a scam. Freedom 2 year plan for 13GB for $55. I used to pay $25/month with Public mobile for my very basic flip phone with no data. I barely go online and in 2 weeks of service 13gb was magically eaten up and was told to pay for more (seems like extortion). I told him there is no way I used that data. He said his system shows that I did. I asked how they calculate a GB is it the same as other providers he said yes and asked if I want to add on more data because there is nothing else he can do for me and no one above his position will talk to me. User's recommendation: Freedom mobile not free at all. Do not sign a contract with them!
