Also, my experience with your shuttle service was a complete failure of the values your company take pride in! The seats were dirty and stained. When I got to the terminal for car pickup there was one person servicing more than 20 people in a line. It took me more than an hour to get a car. Once I got the car the seats in the car was dirty food hand prints all over the car. Trying to get to my mom and with the lateness of the hour I reluctantly took the car. I think your company should refund me my full amount for this experience!
