Loose Soles

I bought these women's New Balance shoes for full price, over a $100 at Simons Shoe Store in Henderson, KY. I had worn out another pair almost like these and loved them. They lasted over 10 years. I've had this pair for 3 years without nearly the wear of the others. Now the sole on both shoes has come loose. I checked a shoe repair, but was told I'd have to pay $25 dollars per boot to get them re-glued. Then there is no guarantee the glue will hold. I've mainly worn them on 3 vacations over the last 3 years and only a few times at home. Anyone can look at them and see they are in top shape everywhere except the soles. If nothing can be done, I'm going to be a very bad advertisement for New Balance. I no longer have my receipt to take them back to the store.
