I cannot believe this place, because of the way they had thier listing and it was not clear i took a listing for 87 bucks, thinking it was a monthly payment , which it was but it stuck me for a years, i am not a broker and in reality i sold my place prior to thier listing taking place, now they way that i signed for a year which i would never have done, I sold it with a sign in one day, its been months and i didnt mind paying them something but they are greedy grubby and not professional at all instead of building relations they are only interested in ripping people off, I am not in real estate buisness and cannot believe the lack of ethics on loop net part total rip off company they must be failing in buisness I recommend totally not using them in any capacity at all or be prepared to be screwed.
