Looks like TaxAct is not in business anymore

I completed the 1065 return and try to efile the return. After my credit card is charged, I could not print the return or K1 with browser javascript error. Try to call support 10 times the ring tone dropped after a few seconds. Google their main phone number. Called and kept me in the loop. Have no way to find any help and no way to proceed. I did sent email 4 days ago to ask some questions. There was no reply. Looks like Taxact is out of business, but the website is still able to charge customers money. I search for Taxact complaints and found thousands of people filed complaints. Next time I would have to research the company before I spent all the time there.
