Looking to file a class action suit against this scam of a company.

We somehow have $692 past due that is due in two weeks or we’ll be disconnected. The only way DE will set up a payment plan is if we re-enroll. I don’t want to! We are current with AEP but could still be disconnected because of a questionably high balance left with DE... but they claim to the two aren’t affiliated with each other! I don’t have $700 to pay in 2 weeks! How did we accumulate that much of a past due when we made payments every month!? This is a scam! As I can see from this and numerous other forums, I’m not the only one who’s being ran through the wringer. Something needs to be done!
