Looking for my crediti I was promised back in july

I purchased an abbyson living couch set from BJ's on line in June, when I received the furniture, I was very displeased with the quality of the furniture and was going to send it back. However a customer representative from abbyson called me and offered me a credit to my BJ's Credit card of 850.00 if I kept the couch set. I agreed to accept this offer. Unfortunately, I still have not been issued this credit on my BJ's account. I have attempted to contact Abbyson Living customer representative numerous times, with no response. User's recommendation: Not to purchase any Abbyson Living Products. Not worth the price, and no customer service available.
