Viewed chainsaw replacement part, started order but never submitted for final purchase in shopping cart. They charged my credit card any way. When I called they said the did not have any order placed by me, ( gave them my phone number and email address as requested by them to look up the order )...yet my Discover card has a charge from them. They were quite rude and told me to take it up with credit card. This company is not someone I will ever do business with period. $16.19 10/28/2016
