Had terrible experience in Edwardsville il. Had color on roots few days ago. Decided it was too dark so returned back for highlights. Amy was not in but two other girls were sitting and talking to each other looking totally bored. They said they could not help me because one girl was going was going for lunch and one was leaving for day! No mention about the rest of staff coming in after 3:00 pm. Very dissasfied with cold contact on staff. This needs to be remedied!
