Q10 customer service sucked. Charge me for delivery when I cancelled an order whereby seller was not responsive. Q10 refused to waive and cannot seek to talk to higher management. Eric Ong claimed to run the call centre and he is the highest authority that customer can speak to. Will choose not to buy from q10 in future. Please avoid and buy at own risk
