I ordered 11 rings and got a message that they had shipped with a tracking number. Several days after date had passed that I should have got them I called ringlovers customer service. They thought it was due to high shipping volume since it was December. OK. I wait some more. I call them again. They don't know why I have not received them They assure me they have talked to post office and filed a missing mail report. I wait some more. I really want those rings. One month has passed. When I click on tracking number it says "package acceptance pending." I called my post office to ask what that means. It means the package was never taken to the post office!! When the seller copies the label to ship the package it is given a tracking number. That does NOT mean the package was shipped!! Ebay was great help to get me a refund. But DARN!!
