They asked that I order a size bigger than usual for my coat purchase. I ordered a XXXL it was still too small. It will not even fit my granddaughter. I went on the website to return the coat. I could not get through. I searched everything, would not let me onto returns. I am not wasting anymore money, like trying to call China!!! They want you to give up easily.
