Long wait on phone, unnecessary charges

I have had to call the billing office twice in the past 2 months. Both times it was over 20 minutes until someone answered the phone. Then i recieved a bill in the mail when what i was suppised to recieve was a $200 check for reimbursement since my visit was initially cash pay and then rebilled through insurance later. My ins paid them immediately yet a month later i get a bill instead of a check. Call, wait over 20 minutes for them to answer, and then it took another 20 min to resolve the issue. Now im to wait another 3 to 4 weeks for my check. It wouldnt be so irritating if they would answer the phone sooner.
