Long wait on phone and also Lab

I have been a patient at this clinic for many years, long before the clinic bought it. I have never seen such poor service. I know the coronavirus is a problem but I have had to wait twenty to forty minutes on the phone for prescription refills or to make an appointment. This is ridiculous as there are people there they are not sitting at the desk to answer the phones or to refill. I dont mind waiting a few minutes to get an appointment or a refill but the very long wait is terrible and this office is big enough to have more people answering phones. Also, there is only one person drawing blood labs for the whole building. If the space is too small for more lab techs then move one of the techs to a different room as waiting an hour or more and having all these people sitting in small spaces is not good practice for the coronavirus six feet rule and some patients arent wearing mask. User's recommendation: Answer phones in timely manner and open more space for another lab tech.
