I fly several times a month back and forth from Mexico City to the U.S. and it is very difficult to get through to reservations. 3 hours wait time. I worked in reservations for a U.S. carrier. Update This time frame was unacceptable. Also, the ticket counter takes too long for a simple boarding pass and bag tag your computer system is slow. User's recommendation: Update computer system and training.
