North Lakeland office, had a 9am appointment for a cleaning waited 3 hours told staff to reschedule. They asked me to return at 5pm so i did. Waited until 6:30 for the cleaning. Arrogant dental assistantant, when first arrived into the exam room stated "why are you here?" as i was not his ususal patient, tried to expain the reason but he seemed to be upset that I was even there. They really need to hire a new staff there. Don't go here unless you want to wait a long time and spend thousands for crowns, crowns, and more crowns. Even on children.
