Fitness Center is kept very clean. Owners are making re-modeling improvements which include new flooring and re-modeling and the addition of a weight loss clinic and a hormone treatment center. Great personal training that caters to the 25 and above client. Having been at this location for 34 years, it has had everyting I need for personal health, weight training, and cardio fitness. This is more than you can say about just about any other gym in the Nashville area which, as you know, come and go quite regularly. Remember, you get what you pay for. The "fly by night" large corporate gyms that are around for about five years, give or take, just take your money and run. MG
