long horn blowing

For the past 7 months horn blowing has grew excessively to the point of effecting my health causing severe insomnia which has lead me to be on a constant medicine regiment. I don't like having to take pills in order to have a goodnight rest. The following morning I'm sluggish from the effects of the medication. Please can someone help me, I want my life back to the normal. I live 10042 s Eggleston Ave Chicago IL 60628 across the street from the railway. I'm asking for your mercy. Thank You Cynthia Landing
