Long hold times and hang ups

I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to have a tech help me fix my phone I get put on hold for very long amounts of time then when it gets close for me to get tech support to help me I get hung up on last week while I was waiting for someone to help me my phone got extreamly hot and started smoking the phone now no longer works I don't have the funds to replace the phone now I have minutes and data but no phone to use I want to know what I'm suppose to do with no phone?
