Long drive for nothing
2
I found a great deal on a late model van and after speaking to several salesmen, I made an appointment to see the Van. I live almost 100 miles from the dealership, so I got an early start. checking my messages on the way I had received 1 from 1 of the salesman making sure I was on the way. I called back and confirmed. after a 2 hour drive I arrived and was told the van was sold the day before.I was saddled with what was explained was a new salesman. As I tried to leave I was told that they had several other vans that would be great for me. BUT after waiting over 2 hours I had yet to test drive anything. You may ask why I waited but I had driven 100 miles and was trying to make the most out of it. FINALY I was given an 08 van totest drive, The sales manager said he would make the long day up to me with a GREAT deal. well when he showed me the great deal the van that was a year older than the 1 I came to see was priced $1, 500 more. Great deal yeah. well I finally tracked down the keys to my van they had appraised. the sales manager stopped me in the parking lot a was furious. He could not believe after all his hard work I was not going to buy a van from him.So if you have to drive more than 3 miles and want to buy a vehicle for a reasonable price.. STAY AWAY
