Long delivery time damaged upon arrival

I ordered a rose in a glass with fairy lights on June 14, 2021. The order finally shipped July 24, 2021. It arrived this morning and when we opened it, the glass was shattered. I have emailed them but upon looking further this has happened to others. User's recommendation: Order elsewhere.
