Long delayed processing of my transaction cancellation request

I purchased a projector/Karaokeunit last July 15. The unit was delivered in mid-August. When I tried the unit, it was defective. The player wasn't working and the projector can only project the image up to the size of a 20 inch tv screen. Furthermore, the controls that go with it are defective too.I reported last Aug 17 my dismay to Cashcashpinoy and requested to just cancel the transaction. I sent a follow up on my email last Aug 20 which they responded to just to let me know that I they will refer the case to Logistics for coordination with the merchant. I reiterated my request to just cancel my transaction and have the unit be taken back on the same day. I followed up their response then to my last email on Aug 20 last aug 29 and sept 3. They responded on sept 12asking me to fill up a replacement form. As I do not want the unit replaced but instead returned and be refunded for the payment I made, I again reiterated that I want the transaction cancelled instead. I sent a follow up response last sept 15 and they responded on sEpt 18 advising me that request is subject for approval. They emailed me again last Sept 25 to tell me that my request was approved by management and that they will have the unit picked up before they can credit me back for my payment. I told them they can have it picked up anytime. I followed up oct 4, 7, 12, 17 and 19 but to date they have not picked up the unit yet and not credited me back yet for y payment. Would appreciate your intervention and assistance to finally have my complaint be resolved soon. As I did not get any response from Cash cash pinky the whole month of Oct, I'm afraid they are just hoping that I will give up and no longer pursue my case.
