Called for a lock out at 4:22 pm and after five calls to NJM Roadside assistance finally convinced them to use another service. On Point never called for check in. When I called them Directly for ETA they put me on Terminal hold. I spent 5 hours in a parking lot with all my possessions except a dying cell phone In 100 degree heat. Had to stop people to borrow their phone to call NJM to report the delay. User's recommendation: DO NOT ACCEPT this provider for assistance.
