Lock issue

My lock unlocks only after hitting the unlock button, without even pressing my code. Also it only allowed me to use one code and the 4 on my keypad doesn't work. I paid over 100 for this product and really haven't been pleased with it. I followed all directions and still have these problems. User's recommendation: Search for something better.
