It was 2am and I booked a rental as I had done before with dollar. I took an Uber to dollar location at the airport. $30 dollar ride from my home. When I got to dollar location. THE BUSINESS IS CLOSED!!! My u er drops me off. He leaves and now Im stuck at this location where no one is in sight with a booked car rental that I thought was picking up. Finally after walking around the building(scary as *** a security sayswere closed I said but I have a confirmed car rental she said she didnt know what to tell me but to go to XXXX location. I said wth my Uber just left wtf! Now I have to pay for another dam ride to another location. Keep in mind the wait to get an uber is a lot longer than usual.finally one gets there. Takes me to hertz where the front desk dude was acting like dollar clients had to wait until 430 and he couldnt help me!! Im super pissed at this point, he takes his sweet as time helping the people ahead of me. Ok and get this he inputs my information into the system and asks me if my name is so and so because with my California id. This other person from who knows where comes up and if theyd rented with my Id! How is this possible!? Ive rented with dollar before so the $200 hold isnt placed anymore on my card. Well HERTZ decides they want to charge me that and more!! I just wanted to get out of there it was now 3am and I was alone, a female and had a purse with me. At this point these 2 companies dont even know they work together!!! User's recommendation: Noooooo.
