Location, quality of room, check in service, relocation, and faulty smoke detectors, staff lacks respect

Upon arrival at 3:00am on April 9th, 2021. I was checked by staff at a empty hotel desk. Staff seemed to be struggling to get us checked in I was eventually in my room by 345 am. Room was ran down, I felt I was highly over charged. Location was horrible. Around 11am I requested I be moved, staff abliged. My second room was much better however it was a struggle to get any food. At 330 am myself and my husband were awakened by a loud alarm, smoke detector. Eventually staff came to our room with 6 members to reset an alarm half unclothed I was very disappointed to see so many ppl entering my room before I can get dressed. Furthermore upon wakiking update for a long drive home, I requested a late checkout at 11:48 am. And was given 10 min!!! So paid for 1pm late check out. I really want my money back. This was my worst Vegas experience ever
