Local office Refused to use my sky ward miles for Familly member

Dear Sir/ Madam My name is Mesfin Gobezie I am working sheraton addis as the loyalty program coordinator and I am a member of Skyward program Blue level My number is [protected] on Tuesday 26/04/20011 but be informed that I was not using your flight but as per the agreement I transfer all of my star points which I get it from my company through different incentive programs I bought 8 adult and 2 infant round trip ticket to Entebbe for my family members and friends who will going to celebrate wedding ceremony in Kampala using my points and my colleague Tesfahun Meshesha also one of your skyward program Member. This is what happen dispute we have done all legitimate process during purchasing the ticket due to substandard reason all of my family members after they get boarding pass they banned them to use the flight when this all thing happen at the last minute there was no body inform me about the situation Rather one of your manager from the emirates office come to my office and straight away go to my general manger office and asked him about the source of my point which I could have to explained clearly with the written document if I where asked. Point one why your manger wants to speak to my General Manager with out asking me about the situation dispute I am voluntary to give all necessary documents about root of my points. I am very confusing. Is that how normally you do when you want to clarify about member miles do you go to his office General manager or do you speak to him directly? If you see this situation in my shoe I believe everyone will agree the same thing it’s extremely embarrassing and the result all of my colleagues are discouraging to use this program If your manager doesn’t know how the star wood hotels are working with this airlines program better get clarification from your office before getting confession and made the members embarrassing Second point why the airline office is waiting until the last minutes and made deliberately the problem is catastrophe because my family members as I explain earlier they are going to Kampala to attend the wedding ceremony and obviously the will have program you can imagine what will be happen when last minuet things are going upside down. The third point is why I am not informed when this all situation is going up side down until I call my self to the office manager while they have all my address The issue is with all respect of your organization why this all thing is happen to your customer in High class and international airlines what ever the reason is behind I Believe I should be the first person to be notified and asked all the questions your office wants to be clarified and if my justification is not satisfactory its is legitimate to ask any one who concerned but I am the one who took this 10 tickets not my General manager The office manager was not willing to give me any address to explain about the situation rather saying now and then the issue is come from Dubai. And airport agent saying that your point is not enough to buy this ticket which will stop you at reservation stage on line this is they’re knowledge about the skyward I would like to emphasize one thing is that your Local office believe that the ticket is sold this is absolutely nasty even though this is not the proper way to check about it if they want they can stop me when I take the ticket from the office also they can notify me or passengers at least one day prier time and I am still willing to give any information you want including written document it is extremely horrible and I need your clarification as soon as possible I got Clear and legitimate documents so that no need investigation like criminal case as your local office says I Attached ten of the tickets for your reference Since I was extremely nervous when I write this complaint I apologize for my English And I am sorry I was not attached the copy of all the tickets with the boarding pass I promise I will send it on Sunday Mesfin Gobezie
