You are desperate to keep your power on for your children and go and take a loan from these people. In your desperation you do not read all the fine print and they've got you. You are living on a very fixed income and do not realize that you have made a deal with a loan shark. Because of a major issue with a house in another state and on the advice of an attorney you find yourself filing for bankruptcy. Attorney tells you not to pay any of your creditors so you stop the automatic payment to these people as well as write them a letter telling them NOT to take money from your bank account. You see that they have again taken money from your acct and call them upset because these are the funds for your children's only gifts for Christmas so what do they do...they take another payment out within the next day. So now I have to go through the problems of changing bank accounts to get them to stop this. I will go wherever I can online to let people know NEVER to go to these LOAN SHARKS.
