We have a RV loan for over 10 years never had a late payment we moved in Dec sent the change of address we haven't received a statement for the last 4 months we have called 11times still no statement paid twice with atm. We called again for number 12 we will make a payment when we receive a statement is their a number to call where we can verify they have our address. Historically we had no late payments on credit it currently is approximately 800 1 late won't kill us.
