Stephanie from Executive office called me to offer me a reduced pay off on a charge off loan. I mentioned the current settlement with OIG office and she felt i should see if i was chosen as part of that settlement before i agreed to a reduced payoff amount.. I didnt get what i was seeking BUT i got a call back and she seemed to be helpful and not trying to brush me off. User's recommendation: Stay away from Santander loan in general.
