I applied for personal finance with Noor Bank on 6th May provided the salary letter and related documents. One week later The representative told me that they cannot give me the loan as my salary letter doesnt have end of benefits clause. Then in the end of the month I see my installment deducted, like this is so stupid of a Bank to not give me the loan but take installment. I have been following up with the Bank for this all what I hear is that they are trying to reverse my money , been more than 14 days now still have not seen my money. Moreover what I learnt is that my next installment will also get deducted if this doesnt resolve before this month end, so pathetic on part of this Bank . I'm mentally harassed by this situation not knowing when I will get the money which is around 5000 AED.
