I have a very bad experience with Noor Bank. I have taken a car loan and i paid it off for more than a year now. Due to covid19 i had to move back to greece and i found a seller for my car since i was in Dubai and signed a sales agreement. What i was asking from noor bank was ONLY to update the RTA that i paid off my loan. They are asking for power if attorney when they know that they are not flights and I'm out of UAE. This is unacceptable. Waiting for your answer.
