We booked this load wit AMY JACKSON.Arrived 1 hour earlier at the shipper.We asked AMY JACKSON for po#.No answear, no emailing back for 1 hour.Very unproffessional .When she couldn't provide us the po# we asked her to be removed, We were waisting our time.She responded this... ''Wow, ok I'll recover. Please don't book our freight this weekend, I'm too bust for carriers like you.'' Carriers don't like working with unproffessional brokers like her. She canceled our load.She didn't send us TONU.We had to cancel our reload because of her.
