The only problem experienced - 2 weeks of delay for the special order. I was promised to receive my living room until Thanksgiving and this delay pissed me off a bit. The good think - for the inconvenience my delivery type was upgraded from curb side to in home for free. In conclusion quality of the product is vary good, best couch i ever have in my house, customer service was helpful, good service overall except this order delay.
