Good day, I had purchased the Little Tikes Basketball hoop back in September for my grandsons Christmas gift, I just recently opened the box and the adjustable pole is missing. I had ordered it from the Walmart site never thinking I should of checked the item when received and Walmart WILL NOT exchange the merchandise since it was damaged. How can I receive the adjustment pole for the hoop?
