LITTLE / POOR / NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

My Samsung refrigerator water dispenser stopped the water flow The unit was out of warranty however this issue was the water filter housing was defective The unit was out of warranty however I feel this *** should last more than 4 years I felt the manufacturer and or Bill Smith should have offered some compensation toward the $500.00 repair Both Bill Smith and Samsung told me to go away and they don't care if I never purchased from them again POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A PART THAT WAS 4 YEARS OLD What does that tell you about the quality of the products they sell I have had better service from Home Depot
