The people were rude, nasty, scammers and as soon as I mentioned I will file a complaint with the bbb this woman (LUPE) hung up on me. Thay are not even 100 miles close to being professional. They should change their name to UnProfessionals and specilize in education and degrees in mistreatment,overcharging, scamming how gives a *** if you are a long term customer and who cares. Degrees and continuing education courses in being rude and dispicable. What a way to do business
