Literally left in the dark

I never experienced so many power outages with any other utility company. National Grid said once again that they were well prepared for this storm. And here I am again sitting in my cold house watching the sunset. It's going to be another cold, dark night as I wait for my only choice in electrical supply to fix the wire that keeps me comfortable. They can't even tell me what's wrong and how long it might take. They have once again left me in the dark.
