I have been using Covergirl liquid eye liner for years. The last time I bought #355 liquid liner it was so runny that it would not stay on my eyelid. It dripped down into my eye from the lid and not only did I have to start over with all of my makeup routine but it stung like crazy in my eye and caused watering and redness. I love covergirl cosmetics, and I am all about saving money but in the past few years the product gets more and more expensive for less and less product. And the product is inferior to what it once was.
