Clearly upper management has for forgotten what the front desk goes through. Management needs a refresher day at the desk to appreciate how difficult the job is as well as remember how understaffed their teams are. These folks are your front line. Shareholders are important but without the customer and line staff Dollar has nothing. User's recommendation: Use another service.
