Original review updated by user Jun 16, 2021 On May 24 I had reviewed a violation now leading up to an extension of April of next year. I tried contacting smart start about the incident, stating that i had locked my keys in the car with the machine running: that it ran for an hour until making the decision to break out my window. I did receive an email stating we got the incident report request , but on the same day which was the 9 i was emailed yet with a response stating sorry for the inconvenience but we are out of the office due to a holiday . i have since than sent out 3 more requests and no answer User's recommendation: Dont use smart start.
