I sent the control panel for my sauna to this company. I paid the 390 and was told it would be repaired in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I called but was not able to speak directly to anyone, I was able to chat with Bryan Pape and he assured me it would repaired and returned to me the following week; that did not happen. I have been unable to contact him and it is abundantly clear I have been scammed. In addition to losing the the $390, I am left with a sauna that cannot be repaired without the control panel ($3000) I will be pursuing legal remedies I checked reviews of the company and many others have had the same experience with this company. User's recommendation: Do not do business with this company. You will lose your money.
